Please... undesrtand...

The PS3 sales are because: Price cut, white PS3 and bundled with Dinasty Warriors 6.

It's exactly the same as when the PSP outsold the DS Lite for two weeks, because of the redesing and the Final Fantasy games.

either way you're going tor encode it again because of the resolution. PSP has native support for h264. no need to hack.

XviD is far more common to people who acquire their viewing material by means other than Disc and Television ;) Nothing worse than having to wait 20 mins for your episode to encode to another format...

I wonder if the Japanese like Smash Bros. like we do over here... Maybe that will boost Wii sales.

This PS3 increase could stay there, the price drop might have helped quite a bit.

My guess is that PS3 will mimic PSP in that it will level off at a higher level than it was pulling before the price-drop and new color, although most likely at a level still lower than that of the Wii

If Nintendo will not improve their game line - I'm afraid even me would have to buy a PS3...

At moment (esp in Europe) Wii games are sparse and overpriced. Well, there is pile of the Mario junk - but games are sparse. Zack & Wiki didn't yet reached EU. Many PS2/PSP ports to Wii cost here - unlike US's $29.99 - flat 59.99€...

For 60€ I'd rather buy mediocre PS3 game than over-hyped Wii game...
